The version on the Files section has not been updated since May 1, 2007...  It said a new version would be available October 1, 2007...  It is now October 6, 2008...  Did we miss 3 updates?

The current Penalty Guidelines even though labeled May 1st, 2007 is still the most current one.  Upper Deck is currently in the process of updating the Guidelines and will release it when it is done.

Thanks Frank, just got worried because the fact that it said the document would be updated by x date...  and its been more than a year since x date listed on the document.  It's a mistake anyone could make, right?

if you look at any of the docs alot of them have this error i think there is still one saying the next updat will be in 2005. i guess they just didnt think it was important to change the dates
