A reply was sent to the first e-mail you sent to to@upperdeck.com. A TO Kit was also sent out last week via regular US Postal Service. You should also be receiving a reply to your second e-mail you sent today. Other than those 2 e-mails, there were no other e-mails that were sent to to@upperdeck.com.
E-mails sent from Upper Deck will sometimes end up in “Bulk/Spam” folders. So if you do not see an e-mail from Upper Deck in your “Inbox”, then most likely that is where the e-mail ended up.
Temporary ID’s: If a player has never been issued a UDE number and you do not have any UDE numbers to issue, assign that player a Temporary ID. Doing so will allow that player to play in your tournament. Be sure to also take down their information so that you can have it available once you receive the UDE Membership Registration Cards.
As a reminder, it is the responsibility of the Tournament Organizer to not issue players that already have a UDE number another UDE number. The “Global Player Database” can help you to look up the UDE number of a player that has already been issued a UDE number. You can download the “Global Player Database” onto your MANTIS by clicking on “Utilities” in the menu bar and then clicking on “Perform Data Uplink”. From the “Perform Data Uplink” window check the box next to “Update Global Player List”.
