The Seal of Orichalcos, its Secondary Seal, and the Third Seal will never be released for Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG or OCG.

During one of the "DUEL THE MASTER" events, a UDE Staff member had 3 copies of the "Seal of Orichalcos" card in his deck.  It was a side event, and only He had them, and then they were locked back in the vault never to see the light of day again.

Wow, did they really have an event like that? And "then they were locked back in the vault never to see the light of day again." sounds like something out of tv show. Now all you need is to say "but now they've returned and you (enter special super-ultimate-megatastic card here) to destroy it!"

    Something like that.Wink [;)]

The seal was a broken card. ridiculous to a point of hysterical design. The seal was a field (so terraforming) that let you use your spell and trap zones as monster zones and gave the players monsters a 500 atk bonus. beyond this, the broken effect, you could discard it from your hand and pay 500 life points to negate that activation of any spell, trap or monster effect and destroy the card. I also belive the seal could not be removed from the field. Yu-Gi-Oh wikia has the complete effect of the card that was used in its trivia section.

I don't know how it was played, but I imagine there were few ways to play it wrong...

Not only that but it was unstoppable.   It's the only card to hold the otherwise fictional "Spell Speed 4" status.

And apparently there are a total of 15 copies of the first seal in existence,  all locked up.  They'd have to tweak the heck out of it if they were to ever release it to the masses.

you could also send the Seal from the field to the graveyard to negate a Win Condition (Exodia, Vennominaga, Final Countdown, Destiny Board) and destroy/remove the card that initiated it.

To my knowledge they cannot produce a card capible of stealing peoples souls such as "The Seal of the Oracle Curse" and if they could, it would definitly be prohibited from being produced.

Wow... that sure is lame. The Seal of Orichalcos Tritos/Toritosu didn't even do that in the show. Did the people that beat the judges at least get decent prizes?

    Re: seal of orichalchos

To my knowledge, no-one who participated in the "Duel the Master" event defeated the master (I could be wrong however).

Those that the "Master" defeated still had the honor of having their own "Soul Card" created at the event and placed on the "Wall of Souls".

To my knowledge, no-one recieved a copy of their "Soul Card" once the event was over. Again, I could be wrong as this event occured prior to my becoming a competitive duelist.

Well, having 3 unchainable, searchable, and invisible Solemn Judgments in your deck... I guess that's understandable that everyone lost.

I played against the judge using that deck at Comic-Con a couple years ago and somehow managed to grasp victory (keep in mind, that BLS-EOTB was tournament legal back then).

Players would play against the Duel Master and when they lost, they would have to place their signature on the Millennium Wall, basically forfeting your soul.  There were a few people who did win though.  They won the Orange Sheep Token (which was not released at the time) and I believe 5-10 Booster Packs.  No cards were created.

If I remember correctly, the prize given was a "goody bag" that contained 4-5 packs, a t-shirt, the pink scapegoat token and a pin.

Actually I think they were just polaroid photos, but it was a lot of fun.
