I've been trying to work out a decent build. I don't much like Vanity's Ruler in there as he can't be special summoned but he is another Trade-In target so he has his uses. Add in a second Trade-In at the least. Magic Drain works great with Splendid Venus as it's practically a free Magic Jammer then. Pot of Avarice might not be so great as Athena can make use of the Graveyard monsters. Run a second Foolish Burial. You can send a Venus to the grave and special athena out with valhall. Summon a fairy and tribute to get venus out.

Personally though, I've been testing a Venus control deck with Invicil in it. It doesn't work that great... I think I'll stick with fairy burn...
