Arcanite dragonling

1 Arcanite Dragonling is also an ally with 2 [Melee] ATK / 2 health and protector this turn.

1) Can I destroy him by fatal damage or by card "Destroy target ally"?

2) Can I attack by Dragonling during my turn without giving him ferocity?

Sayge

At the start of your turn, remove the top card of target opponent's deck from the game. If it's an ability, ally, or equipment card, you may play it this game. (Pay costs as normal.)

Can I play this these cards if Sayge leaves play? 

A.  Unholy Power has been corrected in the OCR.  It is an Ongoing ability.

B1.  When Arcanite Dragonling is being treated as an Ally, it can be destroyed by either fatal damage, or by powers/effects/abilities that can destroy Allies.

B2.  If the physical card Arcanite Dragonling has been in your party since the beginning of your most recent turn, then you can use its power and attack with it.

C.  Yes, you can still play those cards even after Sayge has left the field.

When did equipment start suffering from summoning sickness?

It doesn't, but if you turn an Item into an Ally then that Ally will fall under all of the restrictions that regular Allies do.
