What's this card's ATK? I mean...I know this card's original ATK is "?", but...this card's effect hasn't any mention to modify this card's ATK or determine its current ATK.

So...if "Rai-Jin" is summoned and this card's controller hasn't any LIGHT Monster in the Graveyard, this card's ATK will be just 0?

Sorry, but I felt this card being weird, since is the first "?" ATK monster with no mention to its own ATK on its effect.

Answer:

If "Rai-Jin" is face-up on your side of the field and you don't have any LIGHT Monsters in your Graveyard, "Rai-Jin's" ATK is 0.
