Has anyone here ever heard of a twilight deck, and if so what would be a rough outline for it?

look on metagame, I believe one got a feature.

twilight was a light and darkness dragon deck, now it just seems to be whatever runs lights and darks XD

The one that I spoke to someone about on BYOND was a combination of a lightsworn and DAD deck. Didn't get a look at it, since the guy said...well...he wouldn't show it to be, but I think the way it's suppose to run is that the lightsworns throw out the Dark monsters to summon DAD and then you can summon Judgment later in the game.

I'm gona see if I can find that guy again and get more info on it, but does anyone think that combining lightsworn and DAD is a practical idea?

when you summon DAD, you win immediately.
when you summon JD, you win immediatly.
that is the logic behind the deck.

I bet that took a lot of investing in. Still, I looked the deck over and it does look pretty sweet. Btw, the twilight deck did make it to the final 16 if you didn't know. Now THAT is impressive. Maybe Twilight will overtake teleDAD. It's slim, but anything is possible.

teledad is still better than twilight. after plaguespreader I'm not sure.

they mite make a splash but nothing impressive

Personally, I don't like Twilight that much. Just all the Lightsworn can equal too much milling.

And with a 40-42 card deck, you may end up milling off too many Darks that will limit your chances of pulling off DAD. Although I suppose Judgment is always your back up plan.

current twilight doesn't work too well.
twilight with plagues, you can never mill too much because all your extra darks are plagues/necros. post plague twilight just is
splash 3 plague and 2 dad into lightsworn, then otk everyone you can.

Yeah. I've seen Twilight Zombies too. And I think that's a terrible idea. Lightsworn + DAD + Zombies. And the deck ran 41 cards with 2 CoSR. Yeah, he had to end the game before turn 5, otherwise he lost.

but you do end the game before turn 5...every deck ends the game by turn 5 XD
its not ls+dad+zombies.
its LS+plagues+DAD.
there are some good builds for it.

If my memory serves me correctly I think the premier Twilight Deck on Metagame only had like 4 dark monsters, + 1 DAD. And out of those 4, 3 of them were Necro Guardna, right?

Then he used Monster Reincarnation in order to bring a fallen DAD or JD back to his hand when he could.
