The decks focus is to pretty much snatch my opponents monsters to tribute summon Vanity/Caius or Synchro with Plague and it works fairly well.

Put in more Tuner's in your deck so that you can Synchro Summon more easier, and also you should take out some of your high level monsters and put in more low level monster in there place. I think that should balance out your deck a little bit more.
